2. Products and Pricing

• Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our unique souvenirs, ethnic gifts, and antiques. However, images and details are for illustration—slight variations may occur due to their handmade or vintage nature.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in BDT and exclude shipping costs unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.
• Availability: Items are subject to availability. If something’s out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Process: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance via email—only then is a contract formed.
• Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Credit cards. You authorize us to charge the total amount (including shipping/taxes) at checkout.
• Errors: If there’s a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship to all over Bangladesh and worldwide. Costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to you once the item is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Policy: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its packaging. Antiques and custom items may be non-returnable—check product listings.
• Process: Contact us at [email protected] to start a return. You cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the return.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on happycounters.com (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by Happy Counters or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without permission, except for personal shopping purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• As-Is: Products are sold “as is,” especially antiques. We’re not liable for wear, minor flaws, or subjective dissatisfaction.
